Hello my name is Skylar and i have Er 11 code on my Laserjet M234dwe. It started after printing a few pages and i thought needed to replace the cartridge. I changed the cartridge with the same cartridge bought from their official website and then it started to give that Er 11. I tried virtual assistant, youtube, google, etc. Nothing works so far.
