Product: Epson ET-2720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My tank printer stopped printing Cyan.  The tank for Cyan is full.  The blue doesn't even show on the test pages (like when doing nozzle check or head cleaning).  I've run all of the cleaning tests on the printer itself...no change!
