Après avoir changé la cartouche d'encre Magenta, mon imprimante me met constamment le message suivant : "incident sur l'imprimante ou le système d'encrage. Eteignez, puis rallumez l'imprimante. Si le problème persiste, contactez HP"
J'ai coupé l'imprimante, ai débranché le cordon, l'ai redémarré plusieurs fois, en vain.
Que puis-je faire ?
