Dear HP experts,

when I send an email to my printer xxxxx@hpeprint.com from my personal domain (1 & 1 IONOS) , I get an error:

MAIL FROM:<1 & 1 IONOS>
250 Requested mail action okay, completed
RCPT TO:<.......@hpeprint.com>
550-Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
550 invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record

It does work from other accounts e.g. gmail and my company mail address.

Thus it seems HP made a misconfiguration of the hpeprint.com domain that's detected by the much more stricter checks in Europe. Is someone at HP able to fix this?

OR how can I do to make ePrint to accept messages from my domain?

Thanks

Hi,

This is likely occurs  due to a misconfigured or a missing SPF record for the domain.

I can confirm this Error, Gmail works, but instant Mail Delivery Errors from ionos.

I think the configuration of HP's Eprint Mailservers is not Ok.
