I've an older HP laser ptr w/ < 5500 total pages ever printed, all trouble-free.  My 49A cart just quit after 3530 crisply printed pages. I replaced it w/ a 49X cart from an idled ptr. It has 42% toner left. After scores of test pages, the 'new' 49X is still printing terribly, light w/ offset ghost images, etc. The 49X drum looks as smooth & normal as the 49A drum that printed perfectly to its last page.  BTW, the ptrs & carts have always been kept & used in climate controlled office space, so there is no issue of excess heat or humidity.  Clearly my HP 49X toner cartridge is defective. I have a contrasting set of Config & Supplies status printouts showing perfection to the last page w/ the 49A and a badly printing 49X with 42% toner still left.  Where can I email a scan of these 'proof' pages and request a warranty replacement for my defective 49X?

P.S. I have no receipt or idea where the 49X was purchased from or I'd try to return it that way...
