Envelope to return cartriges

I may not be in the right place to ask this question but this is where I landed in my search. 

My printer is fine and my quality is good.  

When I received my last ink cartridges I did not get an envelope to return my used cartridges.  How do I get one?

You can return empty ink cartridges through the HP Planet Partners program. If you didn't receive a recycling envelope with your last cartridge shipment, you can request a prepaid return label or envelope on the HP Planet Partners website. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Visit HP Planet Partners to order return supplies.
2. Enter the required information to request a recycling envelope or label.
3. Follow the instructions provided to return your empty cartridges at no cost.
