I've always been able to print #10 envelopes from my computer with no issues but recently they have been printing wrong.

The placement of the recipients address is all the way at the top of the envelope and about half a inch of the text on the left side is missing even though the text is printing in the middle of the envelope so it has room.

I have double checked all the settings and nothing changes
