Product: envy 4502

My aunt gave me her HP envy 4502 printer. I hooked it up and tried to print but only blank pages came out. I have tried the hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, took out and cleaned the ink cartridges with no luck. It is running the most recent updates. The computer is running windows 10 enterprise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer is printing blank pages.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be an issue with the cartridge.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
