Product: Envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Software is up to date, has the right ink cartridges with ink in both black and color. Have preformed multiple cartridges and smears cleans even aligned printer, even took the cartridges out to clean them. Yet no matter what I do I can not get it to print a single line.

Do you have updated the printer firmware?
Have you already tried to reinstall the printer?
