Error messages to remove and replace cartridges. Have done this several times and also followed steps to clean copper contacts, and also resetting printer by disconnecting. Still same error message reappears. Any ideas? Cartridges are virtually new so not empty.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error message.
Are you using HP ink cartridges?
This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Tap the tear drop icon on the printer screen to check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
