Envy 5030

I have a HP Envy 5030 which I occasionally need to print. Last time it didn't print adequately in black, so I needed to replace my black cartridge. I'm now again trying to print something - first page went completely fine, but from page 2 till 6 everything is blanc.

I've tried rinsing the cartridges (using this option within the printer menu), but so far couldn't solve it. Cartridge should be (almost) full, and on the test report colours are visible.

I'm using HPs Instant Ink plan, and as I replaced my black cartridge not too long ago I currently do not have a spare one to replace it again.

Please, help me out 🙂 Thanks in advance!

@Naooms, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print in black. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the black ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result. Remove the color ink cartridge while cleaning.

If the issue persists, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
