I have an Envy All-in-one 5035 printer. I never had any issues , but all of a sudden when I am printing a document it is not printing all the lines.

It cuts off lines and only prints the top half of the text or the print is missing complete lines.

When printing the Print Quality Diagnostic page, it cuts the bottom half of the first line completely off, but the rest of the page is fine.

I have printed a test page, re-aligned the printer head, cleaned the printer head, turned the printer off, unplugged it and turned it back on. 

I am now stuck for ideas on what else to do and how to possibly fix this. I have only printed a couple of days ago and I had no issue.

Any help would be much appreciated as it is getting very frustrating
