Product: Envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an ENVY 5055 all-in-one printer and I have been having issues with it only printing the top portion of letters. This issue is with the black ink and does not happen with every line in the document but enough to make print outs useless. The cartridges are genuine HP, they are over half full, I have done all of the cleaning and alignment for the cartridges.

Do you experience the same issue with Photocopies?

 

Could you post a picture of the printout to better understand the issue?

 

How is the Print Quality Page after you clean the printhead? Do you experience the same issue on the print quality page?
