Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello, from my Mac, iphone, ipad, Windows laptop, all my documents only print in black and white, from all applications - MS Office, Apple Pages, etc. PDFs.  I have replaced the ink cartridges and have run diagnostic pages from HP printer settings and the color is fine - all checks out. However, the document I want to print will not print in color, and I have all the print settings to print "Color".  Any thoughts? Thanks much!

Please use option Grayscale Off from printer properties which is one way to tell printer to print using all colors.
