Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Via Instant Ink I've received new cartridges type 62 as replacement for the version 61/301. Once one or both new type has been installed, the printer returns a cartridge failaure. Putting back the empty ones, solves the issue right away. Looked after a printer sofware/driver update, but all seems to be updated and fine. Any suggestions to solve?
