Envy 5532
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings,

When printing a file with card stock (176 g/m^2, 65 lb) each printed page starts 2 or more inches further down the page (away from the top of the sheet). This began a few days ago. I reinstalled the printer driver and tested it with regular printer paper. Printing is normal with regular paper and reinstalling the driver did not seem to make a difference. If anyone can provide insight I would appreciate it much. Let me know if you need more information.

System Information:

Windows 10 (64 bit)

No error messages

Wireless connection to computer

HP Envy 5532

Product: A9J45A

FPU No. A9J40-64001

Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

What is the size of card stock being used? Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.
