HP Recommended

Others have the same problem replaced with a new 62xl black cartridge. Cartridge error reinstall ink cartridge. All tape removed reinstalled at least 20 x. Unplugged printer waited 1 hour same error occurs. Replaced old ink cartridge.. faintly printed but did print. Do not want to invest another $90 on by and color cartridges. I have only used HP ink in my printer. What next.
