Envy 6010

I purchased the printer from Curry's/PC world on 23/11/2020, partly because of the free ink deals.  Curry's were advertising the free ink deal included  in the price of the printer.  Looking at the HP forum, I see there are lots of complaints about the free ink not being free any more.  Your suppliers Curry's and Argos, are still advertising and selling HP printers with free ink trials.  HP have a contract with me , via Curry's to provide the free ink package  that was included in the price of the printer.  There is no mention of not supplying free ink on my receipt/ confirmation order CUR2089148466.  You are therefore obliged to sell and provide the product as advertised as per the Advertising Standards Authority  (ASA).

I look forward to a reply from HP

@raymondo46, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The 2 free months if advertised on the printer box will still be available. However, the free monthly plan will not be available. There is a difference.

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I have sent you a private message, reply to the message with your details.
