Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

After finally getting the printer to print correctly, I hung up with customer service.  Suddenly my blue ink goes from solid on half my document to empty on the other half.  Supply levels show it is okay.  On the phone over an hour (after spending hours right before fixing a previous issue).  Now, new color ink cartridge does not register and document only prints black.  This was a problem when I first got the printer.  I forgot how this was fixed.  Does anyone know how to make a new color cartridge work on this crappy printer?
