Envy 7100 was printing fine. Out of the nowhere it displayed cartridge problem-remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I did all the tricks from the support page including cleaning. I still get the message.

- Have you tried updating the printer firmware? Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
