I was so frustrated with all the reset direction when you have Error Code C4EBA341. Everyone says remove the cartridges, but most of the time you cannot because they are stuck on the right, the black one is inaccessible, and any attempt to manually move it feels very much like you are going to break it. Some people managed to push for answers long enough to be told it was a hardware issue. IT'S NOT. You CAN move it! Take the color cartridge out, slide a screwdriver in front of the black cartridge and press the plastic tray it is sitting on toward the back. It will move about an inch. And THEN you can move the cartridge tray and do all the unplugging and resetting that will start it working again. One guy posted a solution where he did pretty much the same thing by taking off the side panel next to the cartridges and pushing the tray back. I think that will work, too, but I am able to get at mine by just pulling the color cartridge out.
