Hi, I bought original 64 cartridge in the U.S. to replace the 303 I was using in Europe, but it tells me it is incompatible. I had tried the recommended changes: I reset the printer, I changed in HP smart preferences the region and language, I added the printer to my account (I changed its region), but that didn't work. I tried to get some configuration information via shift ctrl and click when the supply levels are shown, but the cartridge window with the internal numbers didn't show up. Should that still work in HP Smart?
How can I change the region for this printer?

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
