My printer stopped printing in black ink so I installed a new cartridge.  I have done the print alignment, printer cleaner, and done the printer report (which was of no value because my printer isn't printing in black ink).  The printer is also showing the black ink is low.

I understand the printer is not printing in black. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the black ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

 

If you have tried 2 different black ink cartridges and the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be an issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
