Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have installed 2 Tri color and 2 Black ink cartridges  (NEW) and unable TO overcome E0 error message.  I have cleaned with alcohol swab, wiped dry and reset and restarted numerous times.. This is a NEW printer following a 1.5 hr call with HP.  My prior printer I was told had a hardware error.  I am ready to JUNK this one also
