Step 1: Power Reset
- Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer while the printer is on.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then connect it back to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and check if the issue persists.
Step 2: Check for Obstructions
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer that might be preventing the ink carriage from moving.
