HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g

I am getting an error message when a cartridge becomes close to depleted stating it is not a genuine HP cartridge. I purchased them directly from HP.COM. I also got the same error message from a genuine cartridge I purchased from Amazon that stated the vendor was HP. 

Any suggestions/ideas?
