Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I switch printer on, the error code appears. Pressing the bottom right button  4 times has not worked. I cannot get the cartridges to move into centre either so I can check if they are installed correctly....please help!

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an 0XC4EB8000 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
