Thanks for the black cartridge, but it did not resolve the issue.

I understand that the issue is still not resolved even after replacing the cartridge, However I would request you to contact the nearest service center for assistance, if the device is out of warranty, it may incur charges: https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/service-center
