HP Recommended

We have an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428dw printer. The current firmware version is TETONXXXXN002.2626A.00.

 

Since the toner cartridge was empty, we installed a new one. On the HP Smart page, an HP 59A black cartridge (CF259A) is recommended for our printer. We installed exactly this new cartridge. Still, the error message saying the toner cartridge is incompatible keeps showing up, and the printer won't work.

 

What can we do to get rid of these problems?

Und das bedeutet dann, 50 Euro sind zum Fenster raus geworfen? Und wer garantiert mir, dass ein neuer original HP-Toner nicht auch wieder defekt ist?
