I replaced the HP 61 color ink cartridge in HP Envy 4502 printer. Printer worked for a few days then displayed ERROR MESSAGE. Ink Cartridge problem. The following ink cartridge must be replaced. Now I cannot print anything. HP Smart app ink level display shows color cartridge as blank with dashed red line outline. Scan works but nothing else. I do not want to go out and spend $32 for a replacement cartridge and end up throwing out the printer and new cartridges if that doesn't work. Any suggestions before I go out looking for new printers.
