Error message of “one or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace with new cartridge.” The cartridge in question is Cyan and I bought a new HP cartridge it still gives the error message. The virtual assistant did not help as I checked for updates and also unplugged the device for 60 seconds. Are there any other ways to troubleshoot this problem as I am only trying to use black ink and cyan doesn’t even matter?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further
