Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently moved house and when I am trying to re set up my printer I keep getting the error message that I am using incompatible ink and am not registered with HP Instant Ink, when in fact I actually am registered.

I have the same problem. Im using HP ENVY 5530. I already printed some documents with the same ink  cartridges. However after there was a paper jam problem, the error popped up saying that the 'Black cartridge' is incompatible. Im not under Instant Ink by the way. Hope to resolve this problem, soon. Thanks.
