Printer keeps giving me an error message to Use New Cartridges for start up. Printer is 3 years old. I went ahead and put new cartridges in and I still get the same error??

Hi @Traci175,
Is the printer asking for setup ink cartridges?
If yes, We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
