Error message says to remove and reinstall indicated ink cartridge. I did that and it still won’t work. I also powered it off following the directions that were given to someone else who had the same problem. It didn’t help. I can’t clean print heads because of the error message. I use hp instant ink and don’t have any new cartridges to try to install. I think I read HP would not send a new cartridge until issue resolved, but message on printer says "if this message continues to appear, replace indicated ink cartridge"... so I'm stuck! Any help welcome!
