I'm signed up to Instant ink but my colour cartridge has run out and is coming up with an error message and will not report that its empty to instant ink. So they can't send me another ink cartridge as my printer can't communicate that it's empty. I've tried cleaning the cartridges but to no avail. Is there a way I can order more ink through instant ink?
