Product: HP Officejet Pro 8210
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Trying to set up our brand new HP Officejet Pro 8210 printer right out of the box and after completing the setup and inserting the setup cartridges provided with the printer the error message comes up, "Only one set of HP Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges (shows a symbol for the yellow cartridge)". After trying several different troubleshooting techniques nothing seems to work. I bought a new 952 yellow cartridge but if I put that one in the printer displays a message to reinsert the yellow setup cartridge. Please advise on a solution as nothing seems to be working.
