Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently bought 2 new ink cartridges for my hp deskjet 2600 but replace the cartridge there is an orange light flashing next to the ink icon on the printer which according to the manual indicated there is an issue with the cartridge. i have tried everything but when i try to print it says my printer is in an error state. any help would be much appreciated, thanks
