The message on the printer says to remove and reinstall indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I did that-actually I put in new ink cartridges in both color and black. The message did not change.
Another issue is that it seems that since it's out of warranty HP will not provide any customer service...is this true?
I am not able to get thru to a human-I am so frustrated by this. Not a way to win loyalty with your customers.
