Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

My Printer is showing different ink level and hp smart app is showing different ink level. Since I bought it is always showing ink levels are full.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that ink levels are not displayed correctly on your HP Smart Tank 516 Wireless All-In-One.

 

Please follow the steps on page 67 of this User Guide to print the Print Quality Diagnostics Page which will show the correct ink levels.
