Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Talk about your raw deals.  I buy and expensive HP LaserJet printer.  I use it for a little over a year.  The VERY FIRST TIME I have to replace a toner cartridge, the thing wacks out -- F0.01.09.01 event code error.  I turn to customer support -- so sorry, your warranty is expired.  They want to charge me $17 a month.  All I did was try to change the printer cartridge for the first time since I bought.  Whole printer is now locked up.  Shabby.  Very shabby!

You didn't specified printer model you are referring.
