Hey there,
I got an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2774 which is acting up lately. The print quality is getting worse from quite some time and now, I see that some lines are completely missing or cut off in the middle. Some colors, specially Magenta is really faded too, if not completely absent.
This is not the first time it happens, but as soon as this starts, I would just do an alignment and the quality would be good again, but now, even after clering the printheads and doing a new alignment, quality keeps bad. One thing I noticed too is that the alignment paper is missing some lines when it's printed, maybe that's the issue, but the thing is that I don't know how to fix it and since it's warranty has already ended, HP refuses to give any support, even a paid one.
Here's what I already tried:
- Print Alignment (Via EWS, HP Smart, HP Print and Scan Doctor);
- Printhead Cleaning (the deeper one included, via EWS, HP Smart, HP Print and Scan Doctor);
- Factory Reset;
- Color and Black cartridges replacement (genuine ones);
I attached a picture of the alignment page so you all can see for yourself, normally, those black lines above the blue lines in the bottom of the page has the height of the line instead of just litte dots underline like.
Any ideia what I could possibly do?
