HP Recommended

Hello, my Black and Magenta ink are printing very fadedly. They are at 50% and 70% respectively. I have used a dust cloth to wipe down the cartridges and also rocked the cartridges back and forth to redistribute the ink. I performed the self-cleaning operation through the printer menu multiple times. The diagnostics came back normal. What's next?

Is there spilled toner inside the cavity where the cartridges fit? That could indicate bad cartridges. Are these OEM or third party toners?

There is no spilled toner that I can see. They are the cartridges that came with the unit.
