Hello, my Black and Magenta ink are printing very fadedly. They are at 50% and 70% respectively. I have used a dust cloth to wipe down the cartridges and also rocked the cartridges back and forth to redistribute the ink. I performed the self-cleaning operation through the printer menu multiple times. The diagnostics came back normal. What's next?

Which model of printer? Can you post a sample of both a defect page and the diagnostic page that you state looks normal?

I don't know why my printer model is not showing up, I selected it from the drop down when I posted.

It is the MFP M283fdw.

Here is a picture of the supplies status. The black is not dark enough and the magenta is faded.PXL_20251101_065444614.jpg
