HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

Ive owned my HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw for 2 years with very light use. The original HP toner cartridges are still installed and at 80% capacity. Whenever I try to print lately, the prints are all faded. This happens regardless of the device I'm printing from. I've bought new toner for this (HP Official) and have printed a few cleaning pages, but the problem is still occurring. Is this something I need a repair for, or is there a part I can buy to repair it on my own? I'd really expect more from this printer given the cost
