Hi everyone. We're going crazy trying to figure this out.

Every time someone at our firm prints a photo or a full-color page, we get this faint green vertical line that goes down the entire page:

Now, the weird thing about this issue too is that it doesn't seem to happen when I print any demo pages or tests from the printer itself:

EXCEPT for the Quality Page, where the line shows up in the orange and pink color blocks, but nowhere else on the page:

This line will show up on everything that we print that has even the slightest bit of color.

This is a brand-new printer we got late last year and the cartridges are genuine HP ink/toner cartridges.

We all have wireless connections to the printer. We use the regular, native apps on our Windows 11 computers to print (Word/Chrome browser/native printing app, etc). We've replaced the ink when it's low, thinking that was the problem -- it wasn't. We've turned the printer on and off, unplugged it for a certain amount of time, and then plugged it back in before trying again, and we went through all the automated printer maintenance protocols we could access (cleaning pages, etc.). We've made sure the printer is up to date on software and drivers.

The only thing we haven't done is physically taken out any of the toner cartridges to clean them, but we're willing to. We just want to know if that's the problem before going through that process. Official HP support couldn't give us an answer when we tried chatting with them, and they didn't suggest that as a step to try. We lost connection during one of the chats and haven't been able to get back in contact with them since.

We would appreciate any help anybody can give us, even if it's just pointing us in the right direction to getting closer to solving this aggravating issue. Thank you in advance.
