I ordered my usual HP301 twin pack cartridges from Amazon last August to keep in store for when my current printer cartridges run out. This has just happened but when I replace the cartridges my printer has an error message saying ‘incorrect printer cartridges installed’. I know there is no problem with my printer because when I put the old cartridges back in I just get the ‘printer ink low’ message but it still prints! Therefore I can only assume the cartridges are faulty.
Amazon will not refund as I am outside the 30 days and they say I have to visit this website but there is nowhere on Contact us that I can click on to discuss this.
I would like a replacement but don’t know what to do next.
Please can someone advise me
