Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I'm located in Canada. I purchased a 2-pack ink cartridge combo with black and tri-colour ink, and the black ink 65 does not work.  It appears that the ink head is dry. I went to Staples.ca, where I purchased it and they will not return it because it is past 30 days since the purchase date.  The box indicates that it is under warranty until Oct 2024.  Now it seems impossible to find a contact where I send this ink cartridge to to be exchanged.  Any suggestions on how I resolve this issue?  I just want to exchange it for a working 65 Black Ink Cartridge.
