Hi, my printer is giving an error, saying my black instant ink cartridge is not communicating with the printer. The colour one is ok and an old cartridge is recognised. I have cleaned the cartridge as per the auto bot support but still the same, and then it tells me to buy a replacement cartridge, not impressed. How do I get a replacement cartridge via instant ink

Received an email last night telling me to call a support number (which I was dreading) but got through to Mar straight away who was brilliant and after a few checks and cleaning the cartridge again is sending out a replacement cart on a 3-4 day delivery, she also showed me that the printer will still print with just the colour cartridge installed. Excellent service!
