I decided to halt my Instant Ink subscription after having a problem with my ink cartridges. I was in the 15-page/month program for a couple of years with no problems. When my printer started printing blank pages, I tried cleaning the cartridges and a few other things, but the blank pages just kept coming. The Instant Ink program counted all the blank pages against my monthly allotment even though the ink in the cartridge printheads was not flowing. Bottom line, I was being charged for printing blank pages and I depleted most of my rollover allotment of pages. Turned out that I manged to get my Instant Ink cartridges printing again by soaking the printheads in hot water, but I don't like the idea of being charged for pages when my printer is not working.
