HP C5100 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a HP C5100 All-In-One printer/scanner.  Having trouble finding the HP02 cartridges. Found 3 colors but not all the colors for the printer.  Have the HP02 cartridges been discontinued?  Found some Non-HP cartridges but have always used the HP.  Are the Non-HP cartridges safe to use?

 

Also, recently the default print color is red instead of black.  For example if I print an email it prints out in red not black.  The only way I have found around this is to clean the printer heads and then try the print again & I may get a black print.  Any suggestions on how to set the default to black?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HP does not recommend the use of third party or non HP inks as it tends to damage the Printer.
